Pro tip: wrapping athletic tape. A little wrap of tape can go a long way in lending stability, confidence and comfort to the joint.
1. Grab a roll of athletic tape. They usually come in 1.5” width; and these days, in a plethora of colors to match your mood. I find Mueller and Johnson&Johnson to be my favorite brands cause they don’t turn into bracelets as soon as you start to sweat.
2. Unravel a 8”-12” strip.
3. To prep, use @tonyblauer Spear™ hands. This allows room for your wrist to expand and not cut off circulation.
4. Secure the wrap just under where the wrist would bend for support. Do not wrap the tape so high that it restricts movement.
